I help leaders identify strengths to leverage, areas to shore up, and specific steps to do both.


The importance of being an effective leader is well known; but the urgency has increased significantly, as companies are facing more volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity than ever before. This is particularly problematic for small companies who lose traction because the executive leadership team is not aligned and senior leaders don’t yet have the leadership skills and mindset they need to lead their teams through growth.

In my roles as a Labor & Employment attorney, growth advisor, and leadership coach, I have partnered with leaders for over 25 years to help them lead more effectively. Using research-based assessments and structured, performance-focused coaching, I serve as a coach, strategic partner, and strategic advisor – providing space and a framework for leaders to process and overcome challenges, develop the skills needed to effectively lead during growth, and a thought partner – all focused on long term leadership growth and effectiveness.

I serve as a behind the scenes coach and advisor that provides leaders with the clarity, capability, and confidence to be an effective and respected leader. While I can help leaders navigate specific challenges, my focus is on empowering leaders with the ability to strategically process and resolve issues on their own. Most leadership development efforts fail for lack of consistency and the opportunity to practice, reflect, and course correct in leadership situations. Meaning learning doesn’t happen in the classroom, it happens in the field – in real time – in real situations. Often using the Leadership Circle Profile, I help leaders identify and leverage their strengths and to identify and understand the competencies, personality traits, and behaviors that have served them well in the past, but may be limiting their ability to make it to the next level of leadership.
