Meg is a recognized thought leader in People Strategy
Meg co-founded PeopleCap Advisors in 2012 to help organizations drive results through their people. She is a strategic advisor to CEOs, boards and investors, a recognized thought leader in People Strategy, and enjoys asking tough questions.
Prior to PeopleCap, Meg’s 20-year career in human resources established her as an expert in organizational culture, people strategy, and organizational growth. She has worked for companies of all shapes and sizes including for a small tech startup in Los Angeles as a sole HR practitioner and at Google, where she led acquisition integration.
Meg also has deep knowledge of and long experience in nonprofit governance. She currently serves on the boards of Rhodes College, the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis, The T.W. Briggs Foundation and The Kitchen Communities. She is a founding board member of the forthcoming and highly innovative Crosstown High School, an XQ Future School opening in fall of 2018. In addition, Meg is a member of the board of Diversified Trust, a comprehensive wealth management firm based in Memphis with offices across the Southeast. Meg holds a degree in English and Communication from University of Richmond.
